Allen Nelson
My name is Allen Nelson, and I am the owner of American Financial and Level One Financial. I'm married, have 3 kids, and have been in the automotive industry since 1987. I opened my first retail lot, Southeastern Automotive Group, in my hometown in 1997. My favorite thing about working in the automotive industry is the ability to learn something new every day. I enjoy hunting, fishing, riding my Harley and watching baseball. I also coached a travel baseball team for 18 years. My goal is to build a business and legacy to be passed on to my future generations.

Heather Miller
My name is Heather Miller and I am a remarketing representative for Level One and American Financial. I help dealerships big and small sell inventory through auctions across the nation. I have been in the automobile industry for 10 years. I started my career working for a large car dealership which led me to Manheim Jacksonville where I worked for 3 years. This is my 4th year with Level One and during my time here I have worked to get our company a National Contract with Manheim. Our contract allows us to assist dealers at every Manheim location across the US not just in Central Florida and Southeast Georgia which is where we were limited too when I first started. This company is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Not only do I love what I am able to do for my clients but I also love shark tooth hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. I will always continue to work hard to make our customers the most money and makes the selling process flow smoothly.
Tasha Shatzer
I am Tasha Shatzer and I am 42 years old. I started in the automotive industry in 2004 at Orange County Auto Auction. From 2004 to 2008 my starting position was a baggage check-in girl. I worked my way into the front office taking payments and then moved into titles. During my time there I was able to learn all aspects of the auction business. I also worked at MAFS and eventually moved into sales. I later worked at Manheim Central Florida also doing sales which led me to join Sade in 2008 as an “Outside Sales Representative”. I was there until 2021. In 2021 I was excited to begin working for Level 1/American Financial for all remarketing needs. I would sum up my career as long-term, exciting, and fun!! My favorite thing about my job is going out, meeting new people, and getting to have the auction experience every day instead of just one day! In my off time I enjoy spending time with my family having adventures! I hope to continue to grow our business, establish new customers, and give the best customer service to create the best remarketing experience possible!
Ciara Kern
Hey Yall! My name is Ciara Kern, and I am a Remarketing Coordinator for American Financial and Level One. I’m married, have 3 beautiful daughters, and I was born and raised in South Georgia. In my spare time I love going to the beach to look for shark’s teeth and cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs. I love my position with this remarketing company! It’s exhilarating, purposeful, and always fulfilling! I hope to continue to help clients get the most return for their inventory and grow our company by establishing relationships with future clients.
